Marketing Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Support social media management, including content creation, scheduling, engagement, and basic page maintenance.
- Help maintain and update the school’s social media platforms.
- Create and assist with marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, newsletters, presentations, and digital content.
- Support email marketing and communications to parents and students.
- Promote school events, open days, clubs, and admissions activities.
- Monitor and review social media pages of other schools for benchmarking and ideas.
- Track basic marketing metrics and prepare simple reports.
- Handle payment request processing related to marketing and events.
- Manage and control marketing and event stock and materials.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing or admissions team as needed.
- Translate documents or communications when required.
- Schedule media appointments and coordinate with class teachers at least one week in advance.
- Assist with admissions-related marketing activities and communications.
- Assist with parent communications related to marketing, events, and activities.
- Contact club parents and support club operating hours.
- Support and attend all school events, including weekends and holidays when required.
- Attend and assist at marketing booths, field trips, and promotional activities.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing school events.
- Support photographers during school events and activities.
- Collect, organize, and manage photos, videos, and content from school activities
