Marketing and Sales Supervisor
Salary range: 800$-1,000$ plus commission, bonus and incentives
- Planning and Execution
- Develop and implement annual corporate marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with institutional goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Digital and Media Management
- Oversee the school’s digital platforms, manages online and offline marketing content, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all channels.
- Stakeholder Engagement and Relationship Management
- Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, partners, and stakeholders through professional outreach, follow-ups, and timely communication.
- Market Research and Intelligence
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions and enhance the relevance of academic programs and services.
- Reporting and Team Leadership
- Lead the marketing team, provide training, and report marketing performance to senior management.
- Bachelor of marketing, communications or business management
- Experience in sales and marketing. Experience in the field of education is appreciated.
- Ability to speak and write articles in Khmer and English
- Ability to use a design software for marketing purposes
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commitment to achieve set targets and KPIs
