Are you passionate about making a positive impact on healthcare in underserved communities? We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team.
- Produce media content including videos, photos, and promotional materials that communicate HMC’s mission and services.
- Manage and grow HMC’s presence on social media platforms through regular content creation and engagement.
- Build relationships with churches, denominations, and church-planting networks.
- Meet with pastors and ministry leaders to explain HMC services and encourage appropriate referrals.
- Collaborate with hospital leadership to communicate new programs, clinics, and outreach initiatives.
- Assist in promoting fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
- Support internal communication and assist in organizing events, visits, and community engagement activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field is preferred
- Experience with social media management, digital marketing, or media production.
- Skills on storytelling, visual digital arts (i.e. photography, videography), and photo and video editing are strongly desired.
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects.
- Participate in Christian activities such as Worship Service and Morning Devotion.
- Ability to work under pressure, and strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with churches and community leaders.
