- You want to master photography and videography. You are excited to learn and use professional camera and lighting equipment to create high-quality content, from short-form videos to fundraising campaigns and impact stories.
- You want to work with local and international content creators and influencers. You are excited to build relationships with creative people and help develop fresh, engaging content that showcases Cambodia and its communities.
- You want to learn how fundraising works. Unlike most junior positions, you will gain direct exposure to donor engagement, corporate partnerships, fundraising campaigns, sponsorship programs, and events.
- Creative Content & Communications
- Run the Content Plan: Generate ideas and create content that supports fundraising campaigns, sponsorship programs, social media, websites, and public awareness activities.
- Work with Creators & Influencers: Identify and coordinate collaboration opportunities with local and international content creators, influencers, and media partners.
- Full Production: Conduct interviews, operate professional photo and video equipment, edit content, and help create compelling stories from communities across Cambodia.
- Graphic Design & Branding: Create visual materials for campaigns, donor communications, presentations, and public engagement activities while supporting the growth of the Good Neighbors Cambodia brand.
- Social Media & Website Management: Support content scheduling, posting, community engagement, and website updates across organizational platforms.
- Fundraising & Project Support
- Family Sponsorship Support: Assist with content development, communication activities, and community engagement for the Family Sponsorship program.
- Campaign Support: Support fundraising campaigns, donor engagement activities, corporate partnerships, booth events, and community outreach initiatives.
- New Project Development: Contribute ideas, research, and implementation support for new fundraising initiatives as the department continues to grow.
- Donor & Partner Communication: Prepare presentations, reports, promotional materials, and other communications for donors and partners.
- Administrative Support: Maintain project files, coordinate activities, track action items, and support the smooth implementation of fundraising projects.

- Undergraduate Degree in marketing, communications, international relations or a related field or
- A professional with up to 2-years’ experience in similar fields
- Passionate about creating compelling digital content (e.g., social media campaigns, reels, blogs)
- Strong Khmer and English language skills, both written and verbal, is an absolute must
- Organized and detail-oriented, with good organization skills
