- Understand business objectives and design market research mythologies and questionnaires
- Market analyses relate to demand, supply, consumer’s behavior and competitor’s strategy
- Perform qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities and threat
- Provide competitive analysis on various companies’ market offerings, identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales and methods of operation
- Advise management on new innovations in the area of market research
- Use online market research and catalogue findings to databases
- Working with relate
- Evaluate program methodology and key data to ensure that data on the releases are accurate and the angle of the release is correct
- Remain fully informed on market trends, other parties research and implement best practices
- Bachelor of business of marketing or relate fields
- 2 years’ experiences in market research, sale and marketing etc.
- Proven Market Research Analysis experience
- Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multi-task
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Search engines, web analytics and business research tools acumen
- Familiarity with CRM programs
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods
- Strong analytical and critical thinking
Graphic Designer
Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
- Prepares work to be accomplished by gathering information and materials.
- Plans concept by studying information and materials.
- Illustrates concept by designing rough layout of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type and aesthetic concepts.
- Obtains approval of concept by submitting rough layout for approval.
- Prepares finished copy and art by operating typesetting, printing, and similar equipment; and purchasing from vendors.
- Prepares final layout by marking and pasting up finished copy and art.
- Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements
- Completes projects by coordinating with outside agencies, art services, printers, etc.
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending design workshops; reviewing professional publications; and participating in professional societies.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, industrial design, interior design, or equivalent knowledge
- 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design
- Strong graphic design, layout & analytical skills
- Good personal, time management and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, flexibility, attention to detail, Deadline-oriented
- Desktop publishing tools and graphic design software

- Check the quality of raw material from suppliers (Palmyra palm sap, egg…)
- Clean bottles, cloth, other equipment in production area
- Ensure food safety system in processing area
- Check and prepare stock before dispatch to clients
- Be flexible, able to work in the team to meet work condition
- Control stock, clean, prepare and dispatch to our clients and own shops
- Prepare daily records and month reports
- Follow personal hygiene and be hygiene at working area
- Bachelor or diploma from field of food technology, food science, food processing, agro-industry
- Any relate experiences is more advance, but not required
- Good communication and relationship in group working
- Honest, high commitment, hardworking and good attitude
