Marketing Admin Assistant

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Report to: Assistant Manager 

Duties & Responsibilities:
  •  Prepare and organize the stock room, track inventory levels, and inform the manager when items are low or out of stock.
  • Support the planning and execution of events, including seminars, activities, and company promotions.
  • Perform marketing-related tasks as assigned by the manager.
  • Manage daily office operations, including filing, document handling, and supply management.
  • Preparing office spaces
  • Coordinate office maintenance, deliveries, and logistics arrangements.
  • Provide general support to the manager.
  • Perform administrative tasks assigned by the manager.
  • Assist with translations between English to Khmer or Vice Versa.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, branding, communication or related field
Work History:
  • Working experience for 3 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Proficient in computer skills 
Soft Skills
  • Self-motivated with a positive "can-do" attitude
  • Organized and meticulous, with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
