Managing Director
We’ve been building our incredible community of impact-driven innovators and entrepreneurs, reputation and brand, and passionate team for 5 years, and we’re now on the look out for the next Managing Director who can help take us to the next level of growth. Olivia, our current MD, will be moving to the board of Impact Hub, along with our Founders, to support you in growing into this exciting and sought-after role.
Impact Hub Phnom Penh’s programs and activities have also grown significantly, from building our online learning platforms to scaling new ‘Phum Impact’s in Siem Reap and Battambang. We foresee continued scope for growth and scaling up of our programs and team.
We’re looking for someone up to the challenge with a growth mindset, who is excited to build new and bigger partnerships to take our work and impact to the next level.
- Team Management: Ensure a strong, positive and passionate working culture. Hire great people and get the best out of them.
- Strategy: Building and leading strategic plans; regularly engage the team in reviewing and updating our strategy.
- Fundraising and partnerships: Building projects and partnerships that continue to fund Impact Hub, and keep us not only financially sustainable, but growing. Upholding and building upon current relationships with our amazing partners.
- Operations and Management: Ensure the organisation is legally and financially compliant, abiding by local laws, and running as a smooth operation.
- Regional and International participation in Impact Hub Network: Joining calls as part of our regional cluster, building relationships with other Impact Hubs, and representing IHPP at the global stage.

- Qualifications and Experience
- Required
- 3+ years in senior leadership positions
- Proven experience managing a team
- Proven expertise in entrepreneurship, social innovation
- Proven experience and expertise in all aspects of leading a company, including financial management, fundraising and business development, team and HR management, strategy and impact, etc.
- Native or Fluent in English to professional standard
- High emotional intelligence and highly creative. You embody our values.

- Cambodian nationals will be given top priority in our search. However, if you feel you are the perfect candidate, we still accept applications from all nationalities. However, you should have proven experience and knowledge of cambodian startup ecosystem.
- Masters or MBA in business, entrepreneurship, social innovation, or related field
- Previous experience working at an incubator of Entrepreneurship Support Organisation
