Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Directs the day-to-day activities of the warehouse to include receipt and putaway of finished goods, finished goods retrieval, mixed pallet makeup and truck loading/unloading processes, yard management and supplying production with empties, and inventory control.
- Develop and implement flexible labor plan and allocation of appropriate resources by shift by position by day including permanent, temporary, and material handling equipment to handle cost effectively.
- Accountable for the deployment of warehouse layouts and labor simulations and effective execution to maximize efficiencies, productivity and to maximize warehouse throughput.
- Accountable for accurate, efficient and timely mixed pallet makeup picking processes including pallet stability. Picking area replenishment ensuring all SKUs are available during the picking process and in the right position. Pallet /SKU position and pick ticket sequencing that minimizes travel distances
- Supply production with the right quantity and quality of sorted materials in order to avoid line efficiency reduction.
- Accountable for directed putaway and retrieval maintaining compliance to FEFO and inventory accuracy through planned processes and controls to eliminate ageing inventory, receiving errors, selection errors, and warehouse mis-slotting of products.
- Responsible for warehouse employee training, communication and fostering an environment of teamwork and individual accountability engaging the employees in daily communication and soliciting feedback
- Inventory accuracy (aim for 100%)
- Service level on time in full for Customer (aim for 100%)
- Space optimization (Maximize space utilization with successful implementation of initiative year on year)
- Inventory breakage rate (Aim for Zero, gradually improvement year on year)

Work History:
- Warehouse operation management for 3 to 5 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of SAP WH and MM modules
- Proficiency in English (Strong in communication speaking and writing) - Ability to Effective communication for interacting with suppliers, clients, and internal departments
- Expert knowledge of warehouse management software, automation systems, and data analytics tools
- Strong skills in tracking, managing inventory accuracy, cycle counting, and handling supply chain logistics
- Expertise in optimizing warehouse processes, including receiving, picking, shipping, and workflow design
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Thorough knowledge of health and safety regulations (OHS/OSHA) to ensure a secure working environment
- Computer skills Microsoft Office, SAP.
