Working 48hrs/week. Typically, from Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. but some evenings and weekends may be required.
JOB PURPOSE: To work closely with the in-country and US staff to coordinate the activities of approved short-term teams and visitors to Agape International Missions programs, creating a positive experience for visitors that encourages others to join us in our mission, while also protecting AIM’s values, clients/beneficiaries and programs.
- Oversee all aspects of short-term team trips and tours to include; monitoring and responding to email inbox, draft and finalize itinerary, arrange and confirm ground transportation, team orientation upon arrival, oversee all trip aspects with support of team liaisons.
- Manage and lead Team Liaisons based on their job descriptions.
- Adhere to and enforce Serving team approval process for teams and tours. US applications for teams and tours must be cleared by the Country Director and Sr. Manager of Global Teams and Tours, with careful consideration of circumstances affecting programs such as government restrictions/prakas, holidays, weather conditions, AIM policies, or other issues affecting teams’ experiences.
- Meet with the Cambodia Country Director (CD) on a regular basis to keep the CD informed as to Teams & Tours activities, and specifically any special requests regarding restoration home visits, vision trip requests and issues with serving teams.
- Work with program leaders to develop detailed project proposals for serving team selections.
- Develop and maintain a deep knowledge of AIM’s history, programs and methods with the ability to articulate and answer questions at any moment when a visitor asks.
- Be the decision maker when trip modifications must be made due to unforeseen shifts in the schedule and seek proper approval when necessary.
- Manage finances regarding serving teams and visitors to AIM in Cambodia.
- Communicate with Sr. Manager of Global Teams and Tours regarding short-term team status pre, during and after trip.
- Complete debrief with Sr. Manager of Global Teams and Tours after each trip.
- Conduct weekly teams and tours staff meetings to delegate tasks ensuring all pre trip items, etc are completed.
- Oversee AIM Shop inventory and sales in Shopify with support from Sr. Manager of Global Teams and Tours and Team Liaisons.
- Maintain positive and professional relationship with program leaders within AIM with ability to communicate and execute logistical needs for serving teams.
- Oversee and help in annual review of all aspects of AIM ministry tours, to include; application process, coordination of schedule, and conducting tours of AIM programs.
- High priority to keep confidential all aspects of the role, including but not limited to any interaction/conflict with teams, as well as financial donations from people and places AIM works with.
- Perform other duties as assigned by Sr. Manager of Global Teams and Tours.
- NSSF in conjunction with AIM’s Healthcare policy for employee and immediate family.

- Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality/Tourism, Management or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- At least leadership experience for 2 years is required
- Proven English Speaking experience required.
- Cambodian National ID Card.
- No criminal record.
- Pastor’s reference.
- Fluent in English. Written and spoken.
- Fluent in Khmer: Written and spoken.
- Proficient use of technology (computers, smart phones, tablets etc.).
- An active member of a local Christian church.
- Excellent communication skills.
