Manager Logistics and Distribution

Position Circumstances

Position Summary

Location: Base in RGPPSEZ, Kambol, Phnom Penh

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage/lead the logistics and distribution to achieve department’s objectives.
  • Plan and optimize transportation routes to guarantee on-time, cost-effective deliveries
  • Assist in monitoring, improving and governing logistics and distribution policies and procedures.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis for delivery failures, delays, or logistical bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor and ensure that the Distribution and Logistics cost is valid and accurately invoiced.
  • Monitor and control the market returns and rejects from customers.
  • Monitor and control the issuance and return/de-hire of our leased pallets.
  • Verify all damage to our inventory and take immediate actions to prevent or contain damage.
  • Monitor, co-ordinate and ensure that our delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Prepare distribution and logistics management reports. Maintain logs and generate reports on delivery times, cost-per-mile, and supply chain efficiency
  • Co-ordinate and provide feedback on the receiving and un-stuffing of our inventory from our suppliers (local & overseas).
  • Coordinate and follow up with suppliers of all imports and exports shipment
  • Work closely with government stake holder for import and export licenses.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and schedule logistics personnel.
  • Ensure all operations adhere to local, national, and international trade laws, as well as specific industry standards

Supervisor, Regional Sales

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of 4-5 sales representatives, coach and guide them to manage wholesalers and end-customers in Phnom Penh to ensure they are handling all portfolio & healthy profitable
  • Manage, lead, train the sales force, provide guidelines and problem resolution to ensure team members are fully equipped to motivate customers to achieve sales targets
  • Know the area very well for number of customers, their volume potential and risks,

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Province Reseller Partners (Depo) in respective regions to ensure they are handling all portfolios without out of stock & financially healthy
  • Manage and lead the sales force (sales team of the partners), provide guidelines and coaching to ensure that team is fully equipped to achieve the sales targets.
  • Encourage the resellers to run sales promotion activities from time to time to achieve targets,
  • Conduct business review with at least top 30 key wholesalers,
  • Conduct market surveys, collect market information including market price and competitor activities on monthly basis and report to line manager. Give the ideas and propose to line manager for any opportunity or risk in your respective region.
  • Ensure delivery services are on time from reseller partners to their customers,
  • Ensure products are widely distributed with available key SKUs stocks.
  • Ensure that reseller sales teams cover all their daily call plans and weekly targets.
  • Daily, Weekly and monthly sales performance review with DDM with clear explanation on performance drivers and action points.

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Performs scheduled and unscheduled service activities, including emergency service, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and installations for mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, gearboxes, pumps, bearings, conveyors, valves, hydraulic, pneumatic, sensors, gauges, RTD’s, pressure transmitters, flow meters and all other types of equipment at the plant.
  • Drive continuous improvement activities to increase the equipment performance of the production line.
  • Troubleshoot and repair equipment or instrumentation under the control of an automated system.
  • Execute the work order assigned by the direct supervisor or manager.
  • Alert the maintenance supervisor if there is any unusual occurrence or damage that has taken place or may cause a breakdown in the operation of machinery or equipment.
  • Able to work on shift, flexible to work, and support production Lines follow the production plan and arrangements made by management.
  • Conduct the 5S and GMP working area and workshop after completing the job.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, health, environment, quality and food safety
  • Basic knowledge or experience in welding and cutting (hot work) is preferred.
  • Good physical ability to work on a shift and strong commitment to complete the task
  • Hands-on mechanical, electrical maintenance, and overtime jobs in case necessary

  • Support utility engineer on daily utility operation
