QA Staff (1 Position)

Position Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Conducting all Quality Assurance activities (packaging development, customer specification, audit)
  • Ensuring GMP, Safety and Quality in the entire factory
  • Maintain adherence to quality systems e.g BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free
  • Calibration of all critical measuring instruments and in-process CCPs
  • Support internal and external audits such as BRC, SEDEX, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
  • Other tasks assigned by commander

Qualifications:

Work History:
  • Experience in QC, QA, Safety in Food and Beverage for 2 years is preferred
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Technology, Argo-industry or related fields.
  • Experience in QA/QC function from Food or related industries preferred
  • Good understanding of GMP/HACCP/BRC/HALAL certifications.
  • Good command of English (reading, writing and speaking skills) and Computer literacy.

Planning & Logistics Officer (1 Position)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Logistics, Manufacturing Production
  • Schedule:Full-time
  • Salary: Negotiable
Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create, modify, and manage all logistics (import of raw material, export of finished goods) planning
  • Develop and maintain supply and distribution plans to meet production and customer demand.
  • Monitoring RM and FG inventory levels, regularly providing production status updates to management, and facilitating dispatch as per customer requirements.
  • Promptly addressing operational issues to minimize delays in shipment plans
  • Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and shipping schedules.
  • Liaising with other internal functions in arranging all documentary support needed for the shipments.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics and planning reports.
  • Always looking for cost-saving opportunities.

Manager - Administration (1 Position)

Position Summary

Serving as a middle management assisting the factory manager

in supervising all general administration work related to Finance & Accounting, HR and SAP data entry

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic and operational leadership for the site’s financial control, human capital, and administrative infrastructure
  • Oversee all administrative functions including Finance, Accounting, SAP data entry ensuring absolute regulatory compliance, financial integrity, objective internal data auditing, and a stable workforce to support uninterrupted plant operations.
  • Maintain rigorous internal controls and coordinate internal/external tax and corporate audits.
  • Guide HR in execution of localized labor relations, legal compliance, talent acquisition, strategic onboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure site operational data (production logs, rejection, labor hours) is captured with absolute accuracy, providing an independent check-and-balance for floor operations.
  • Serve as a responsible middle manager, ensuring achievement of key objectives in safety, energy and water conservation, labor compliance and retention, data integrity, and budget variance management.
  • Communicate effectively so that issues are resolved timely by liaising with all parties (external, internal) and highlighting issues as and when needed

  • Experience: 5-10 years of managerial experience, preferably inside an industrial manufacturing or processing plant environment.
  • Competencies: Exceptional analytical acumen, deep understanding of labor laws, advanced ERP proficiency (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent), and high ethical standards.
