Besides an end-to-end responsible for M&E activities, the Management Support Officer will also carry out occasional administrative and operational support.

Duties

Assist the Management Team with developing the M&E (Monitoring and Evaluation) Plan for the various programs, including indicator selection, target setting, reporting, database management, and developing M&E and/or performance monitoring plans.
Responsible for data collection, collation, storage, analysis, and reporting, ensuring that data is of high quality and audit worthy.
Responsible for supporting the preparation and review of program reports in collaboration with program staff.
Manage research activities and ensure outcomes and lessons learned are integrated into the project and shared with relevant stakeholders.
Provide training and mentoring to partners and staff to ensure the implementation of M&E solid systems.
Participate in the dissemination of information to various target groups through reports, social media posts and others.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in social, economics, or other relevant area.
A few years of relevant experience
Fluent in English
Good knowledge of IT applications (Microsoft Office) and social media.
