Maintenance Supervisor
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Working hours: FULL TIME (Monday to Saturday)

- Quickly identify faults in electrical systems (motors, control panels, wiring, etc.) and carry out repairs.
- Monitor the performance of electrical machines and systems to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety standards and electrical codes.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Ensure availability of critical spare parts for repairs and maintenance.
- Preparing technical reports, user manuals, and maintenance logs.
- Provide rapid response to electrical failures to minimize downtime.
- Routinely inspect factory structures for signs of damage or wear.

- KNOWLEDGE
- Knowledge of maintenance operation and functionality.
- Understanding of technical specifications with electrical machines and spare part.
- Good understanding of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.

- Ability to follow specific guidelines and making report to Production Chief/Management.
- Ability to work with flexibility: A willingness and capacity to take initiative and perform tasks without constant supervision and also collaborative and cooperative mindset, valuing collective effort and contributing to group goals.
- QULIFICATIONS
- Educational Background:
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- Proven experience (1-3 years) as Maintenance (handling independent maintenance and troubleshooting, supervising teams.
- Experience operating and maintaining with electrical systems.
- Industrial experience is a strong asset, but we encourage all qualified individuals to apply.
