Maintenance Sale Manager
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Work Condition:
- Monday to Saturday
- Work may require evening and weekend work
- Working hour 7:30am-12:00pm, 1:00pm-5pm
- Promote and sell after sales service maintenance package and spare parts effectively
- Prepare and follow up quotations to secure orders
- Identify opportunities with existing and potential new customers, and determine plans for marketing activities to promote extended sales coverage
- Maintain the existing customers and build good relationship
- Liaise with the technical team to assist customer to get solution, give the right recommendation, and solve the problem.
- Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.
- Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
- Developing and implementing an internal marketing programme
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Supervisor in day to day marketing activities.
- To improve relation between company and influencers: Plumber, Contractor, Developer and Designer
- Market Research
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineer or relate field
- At least 3 years experienced in sale
- Experience in building fa
- To be able to assist and advise of MEP system design, installation and problem solving is a plus
