Maintenance Engineer Retail/Consumer
Position Circumstances

Reporting Line: Engineering Manager
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate rebranding projects, including schedule, rollout, and OPEX/CAPEX tracking.
- Conduct site surveys and technical assessments to identify gaps and implementation requirements.
- Review and validate designs to ensure compliance with engineering, safety, and brand standards.
- Manage vendors and contractors, including technical evaluation, site coordination, and performance monitoring.
- Supervise site execution to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and HSE compliance.
- Perform quality inspections and ensure defect rectification and close-out.
- Control project costs and prepare required documentation, reports, and handover records.
- Communicate progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders and management.
- Support project handover, final acceptance, and post-project reviews.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Work History:
- Experience in Construction & Maintenance for 5 years as a minimum
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Qualification: Civil Engineering or Equivalent Level.
- Technical Skill: Civil Engineering & MEP, AutoCAD Drawing 2D-3D, MS Office & MS Project.
- Knowledge: Engineering Fundamentals (Civil & MEP), Work Site Safety.
- Language: Khmer language as mother tongue, Good English for speaking, writing, listening & Reading.
