We are seeking motivated Logistics Officers who will join this year’s rabies vaccination campaign, which is held from 19th October to 31st October. The entire employment period is from May to December. Working days are Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day. As the project runs over a national holiday, the Logistics Officer will work on the following national holiday: 29th October 2026.
The project location is mostly in Phnom Penh (Boeung Tumpun and Chak Angrae Leu) but frequent travel to different locations within Phnom Penh is to be expected.
- Ensure that the vaccination teams have sufficient materials, equipment, and support to roll out the vaccination campaign project
- Work closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure smooth planning and implementation of logistics activities
- Identify suitable hotels and transportation, and negotiate price
- Support to conduct Fire Risk Assessments
- Organize food and water arrangements for the vaccination teams
- Organize printing of t-shirts, education materials, banners, etc.
- Organise purchases/set-up of technology for the project including phones, power banks, SIM cards, etc
- Organise the purchase of first aid equipment and put together first aid kits
- Organise the purchase of vaccination equipment/supplies and put together vaccination kits
- Liaise with Tuk Tuk and taxi drivers and arrange pre-project vehicle inspection
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure that the materials, equipment, and service are provided on time and with quality
- Make sure that phones, power banks, fridges and other project’s equipment/supplies are collected back and well stored in an organized manner in the storage facility
- Prepare and distribute materials and equipment to all provinces, and ensure the return of remaining materials after the campaign
- Assist on other assigned tasks as needed for the successful implementation of the project
- Be available for regular work on the following national holiday: 29th October 2026
- Fixed term employment from May to December (starting date negotiable)
- Salary of 500 USD (gross) for a 40-hour week
- 1.5 days annual leave per month (after probation)

- Bachelor's Degree in administration or a related field. Alternatively, you have several years of experience in a logistics-relevant field.
- You have at least experience in logistics and procurement for 2 years
- You are fluent and confident in English and Khmer.
- You have knowledge of operationalizing guidelines and procedures.
- You are familiar with Microsoft Office/One Drive/SharePoint.
- You can work independently with minimal supervision, providing excellent work results.
- You have excellent organizational and planning skills.
- You can set and manage priorities.
- You have good interpersonal skills.
- You are enthusiastic about animal welfare and public health.
- You do not have a criminal record (records need to be provided).
