Position Summary
As Logistics Facilitator, you’ll bring our team trips to life. Working closely with our Head of Logistics you will ensure seamless planning and execution of our team trips. You will coordinate local transport, accommodation, supplies, and on-site logistics, while ensuring high standards of quality and safety. You will also have an opportunity to assist in hosting visiting teams.
Your keen attention to detail and passion for people will turn every itinerary into an unforgettable journey, creating cross-cultural connections, and leaving families in our EPM village project with renewed hope.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail in planning and record keeping.
- Show flexibility and adaptability during fast-paced team trips.
- Adapt and innovate improvements to our processes as we continue to grow sustainably.
- Exhibit strong cross-cultural communication skills and comfort interacting with western volunteers and staff.
- Tackle logistical problems head-on, viewing unexpected changes and challenges as chances to grow and learn.
- Work collaboratively with the Head of Logistics and other team members in Cambodia and Australia to ensure a high level of experience for all.
- Bachelor’s degree or 2 years equivalent work experience in logistics, project management, international development, or related field.
- Proficient in both Khmer and English (written & verbal) Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Google Drive (Docs, Sheets).
- Excellent communicator, both face-to-face and via email/phone.
- Self-motivated and positive attitude with an ability to work independently and in teams.
- Proven cash-handling integrity and experience preparing and keeping receipts.
- Strong relationship-building skills, with an ability to connect with volunteers, suppliers, beneficiaries, the community, the RAW Impact team and visiting schools.
- Highly organised, proactive, and solution-oriented. Comfortable travelling and working irregular and extended hours during team trips.
- Able to support and demonstrate RAW Impacts core values.
