The Logistics Executive reports to Supply Chain Manager, manage, plan and organize the Logistics activities and tasks to achieve the overall objectives related to profitability, competitiveness, customer satisfaction, service and quality.

- Handling Import and Export Shipment including checking HS Code declarations.
- Plan and optimize import and export routes.
- Responsible for evaluating, assessing and selecting vendors based on capabilities, performance and consistent quality. Evaluates and recommends new/substitute vendors, when necessary
- Responsible for receiving and delivering goods from suppliers/vendors as required, monitors carriers' performance and tariff charges and determines best carriers for the most cost-effective and reliable delivery.
- Execute procedures and guidelines in compliance with local laws and regulations, ISO 9001, ISO14001, ISO 45001, JOS, and Jotun’s HSEQ Management system.
- Executive the shipments from production to the end-user and warehouse
- Coordinate with Warehouse Workers to ensure proper storage and schedule stock in
- Monitor and report on import and export clearance cost and other relevant KPIs.
- Ensure shipping documents are properly declare according to local law and regulation and filed.
- Bachelor: Minimum Diploma with 3 to 4 years of experience in Logistics handling goods
- Familiar with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Experience in dealing with local customs
- Possess good interpersonal skills
- Language: Fluent in both English and Khmer language

Job Description Summary
Your role as Marketing Executive is to implement marketing strategies through analysing market insights and plans, interacting with internal and external stakeholders, coordinating and executing promotional activities and product positioning in line with region and/or segment direction to achieve company strategic goals.
This position is based in Phnom Penh and reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

- Support the development and implementation of marketing plan mainly for Decorative segment.
- Manage and execute communication on relevant digital and social media, including company websites and intranet sites both internally and with third party agency.
- Manage and execute product launches and campaigns in accordance with Jotun high standard of execution and deliverable.
- Drive Segment, category, brand, product or solution performance and leverage business potential through projects in cooperation with other functions.
- Assist in creating localized brand campaigns and activities and responsible for implementation of local promotional programs.
- Responsible for providing market data for analyzing sales performance and product positioning.
- Responsible for handling administrative marketing tasks such as legal approvals, documentation, etc.
- Prepare and manage the ordering of marketing materials and proper allocation to Jotun dealers nationwide.
- Build relationship with relevant suppliers, customers, or other stakeholders.
- Responsible for understanding sales performance and product positioning in the market by analyzing market data.
- Responsible for increasing brand awareness by implementing Company’s strategies, policies and localizing regional initiatives to achieve targeted market share.
- Qualifications
- Candidate must possess a bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Marketing.
- A minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field is required.
- Good with Ms. Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Must be proficient in verbal and written English.
