Logistics Executive
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
REPORT TO: Logistics Supervisor
The logistics Executive is operating delivery team and vehicles, ensuring delivery according to regulations. Manage and arrange the delivery team to be efficient and stable.
- Ensure that the goods are delivered properly, as required:
- Arrange, allocate route map and documents to the team members according to timely and reasonable process.
- Inspection the vehicle before delivery: Clean, ensure the goods delivered as the required temperature.
- Inspection the process of delivery and handle of issues arising in the delivery. Including goods packing & vehicle.
- Aggregate documents + control invoice & payment of customer of the delivery staff after each goods shipment to the customer.
- Check and confirm the driving schedule (compare the delivery documents).
- Ensure complete and accurate delivery data:
- Check documents after delivery
- Enter the data of the vehicles of daily delivery
- Other tasks:
- Delivery in case of necessity.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by Logistics Supervisor as needed.
- Maintain and develop the quality of service (training/coaching of delivery team members) in accordance with company’s standards.
- Secondary or higher graduation.
- At least 2 years – working experience in the management of goods.
- Good knowledge of road traffic and Traffic Safety laws.
- Enthusiastic, responsible for the work.
- Ability to write report, input data, use Microsoft office.
