Logistician
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Working Days:
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00pm
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm & 1:00pm to 5:00 pm
- Manage import operations of tricycle parts (CKD) from China, coordinating with Chinese suppliers and logistics partners.
- Handle relationships with transit agencies for timely deliveries.
- Oversee shipments and deliveries of assembled tricycles to customers, including road transport logistics.
- Maintain stock and inventory systems, including physical checks.
- Coordinate with the sales team and management for scheduling deliveries.
- Assist with logistics process improvements as needed.
- Do other tasks when required by sales manager and/or director.
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required for communication with Chinese suppliers.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills.
- Computer skills: Microsoft Office & Word, Google Map, Internet and Email.
