Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Working time: Mon to Sat (half)
Location: KY iCenter, Bkk, Phnom Penh.
- Fulfill company's regulation and control on key process of each sector.
- Coordinator both Import and Export.
- Filling and Submission of documents to account department.
- Receive booking from customers and start working base on company SOP and customer requirement.
- Feedback to agent or customer on time of their inquiries
- Issued the quotation to customer
- Be able to make a monthly report
- Be able to go out to make a bill payment to supplier or agents
- Perform others duties assigned by line manager.
- Experiences 1 year up
- Fast Learn, be honest, Open Mind, Work Hard and can work under pressure.
- Good command English (Speaking and Writing)
- Computer Skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Email)
- Have own motor be able to work out and work at night time.
Sale Logistic

Working time: Mon to Sat (half)
Location: KY iCenter, Bkk, Phnom Penh.
- Looking for customers / Shippers/Forwarders /Agents who need to transport goods by SEA, AIR - Special routes to USA, Canada, China…….
- Consulting customers on solutions related to forwarding services, transportation, import and export goods, and Logistics services.
- Quote shipping rates and other accompanying services to customers.
- Organize freight quotation tables, and understand the advantages of various routes and carriers.
- Manage the introduction, updating, and maintenance of service providers for the company.
- Maintain cooperation with shipping lines/airlines and co-loaders.
- Enhance the competitiveness of route products and develop new channels.
- Others tasks assigned by Director.
- Good understanding of freight forwarding, sea transportation.
- At least 2-3 years experiences in sales of logistics field.
- Stable personality, strong negotiation skills.
- Proficient in English communication, email (and Mandarin in any have).
- Taking responsibility for the position with positive and friendly attitude.
- Willing to work under pressure, be flexible, challenging, honest and hard-working with high responsibility.
- Good Computer knowledge (Word, Excel, Power Point…)
