Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Issuing Arrival Notices: Notify clients of shipment status and delivery dates.
  • Confirming BL to Origin: Confirm BL details with the origin and resolve discrepancies.
  • Filling ASYHUB Information
  • Coordination: Work with the related party. the carrier, the customs brokers
  • Problem Resolution: Address issues related to shipping discrepancies and delays.
  • Customer Service: Maintain client relationships and provide updates.
  • Reporting: Track and report shipment status
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • 1 year experience under Logistics/Forwarder Industry will be appreciated
  • University qualifications
  • Can speak English or Chinese is advance.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good attitude, good appearance
  • Knowledge (Ms. Word, Excel, E-mail, Internet)
