Local Marketing & Acquisition Intern (1 Position)

Position Circumstances

  • Salary: $220
Position Summary

Duration: 6 months

Local hire only.

Overall purpose for hiring this intern:

Support the Local Marketing & Acquisition Specialist in logistical coordination and administrative tasks that strengthen individual donor acquisition efforts across digital and on-ground channels. The intern contributes to smooth delivery of supporter engagement events, Community Sponsorship launching, and marketing operational activities.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Logistical Support for Marketing & Acquisition Activities
  • Documentation & Meeting Support
  • Lead & Data Management Support
  • General Support for Local Marketing Operations
  • Expectation of the learning
  • At the end of the period, the intern would have learned:
  • Hands-on experience with marketing operations and supporter experience
  • Exposure to omnichannel acquisition strategies
  • Mentorship from LMAS and LM management
  • Participation in major national engagement event launches
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Medium
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree in 3rd or 4th year university student (Marketing, Business, International Studies, Communications)
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
  • Computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Basic design and social media tools – Canva, CapCut …
  • Fluent Khmer and functional English
Soft Skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, good coordination skills
 
 

Corporate Engagement Intern (1 Position)

Position Circumstances
  • Career Category: Internship, Business Administration
  • Schedule:Full-time, Short-term
  • Salary: $220
Position Summary

Duration: 6 months

Overall purpose for hiring this intern:

Support the Corporate Engagement Specialist and LM management with administrative and logistical coordination to enhance corporate donor engagement and partnership development. The intern assists in preparation of stewardship touchpoints/ landscaping, donor event logistics, and CSR-focused initiatives including the 55th Anniversary celebration.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Corporate Engagement Administrative Support
  • Event Logistics & Coordination
  • Data & Contact Management
  • General RDU Support Tasks assigned by the manager
  • Expectation of learning
  • At the end of the period, the intern would have learned:
  • Learn CSR practices and corporate fundraising
  • Build event coordination skills and stakeholder communication
  • Exposure to donor lifecycle and relationship management
  • Professional mentorship from CES and cross-functional teams
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
  • Khmer - Fluent
  • English - Medium
Qualifications:
  • Undergraduate Degree in 3rd or 4th year university student (Business, International Relations, Public Relations, Development Studies)
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills

  • Fluent Khmer and functional English
Soft Skills
  • Strong organization and communication skills
