Loan Officer
Position Circumstances

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Promote the Bank’s products and services among target customers;
- Build and maintain a relationship with new and existing customers;
- Meet and collect information from customers for loan applications;
- Work with new and existing customers to understand their businesses and determine options to support them;
- Process loan contract and other related legal documents;
- Response with customer complaints and take appropriate action to resolve them
- Monitor and follow up to ensure a timely repayment;
- Operate in accordance with the Bank’s guidelines and policies, and in compliance with laws and regulations;
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, finance, or accounting, or banking.
Work History:
- At least experience in banking sector or related field for 2 to 3 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Understanding of lending products and process.
Soft Skills
- Good written and verbal communication in Khmer, English, (Chinese is plus).
- Strong desire to work in a team and deal with challenges.
- Honestly, friendly and customer-orientated.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Loan Recovery Officer
Position Circumstances
- Career Category: Banking / Finance, Law
- Schedule:Full-time
- Salary: Negotiable
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report customers’ situations—such as payment history and actual conditions—to management, and promptly inform line supervisors of any issues with proposed solutions.
- Build a close relationship with customers and credit officers, and help resolve issues related to late payments or other problems.
- Create strategies for resolving non‑performing loans (NPLs).
- Prepare regular reports on collection status for line supervisors.
- Efficiently resolve long‑overdue debts in collaboration with management.
- Report any disputes or irregularities to management promptly.
- Monitor loan write-off collection.
- Track loan arrear system timely informs responsible staff.

Languages:
- Khmer - Good
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Law (LLB required).
Work History:
- Working experiences relates to credit officer and legal in financial industry for 1 to 2 years as a minimum

- Microsoft Office and Bank’s software.
Soft Skills
- Good problem solving, negotiation, interpersonal and convincing skills.
- Patience and understanding of emotions to deal with clients.
- Good verbal and written communicate in both Chinese and English.
