Legal Consultant
Duties, Responsibilities
Expectations - - Conduct legal research and provide the necessary support to the supervisor/ lawyer.
- Drafting legal contracts and legal reports.
- Prepare letters, applications, documents for filing to the relevant Ministries.
- Deal with the government officials under the supervisor's instruction.
- Provide efficient secretarial services, including minute taking, legal database, administrative support and other assigned work related to the Legal Research Department.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Law, or higher.
- Good common English, both speaking and writing.
- Good communication, commitment, friendliness, and a positive attitude.
- Good attention to detail; practical and commercial approach.
- Computer skills, including MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Be able to work on deadlines and fast learning.
IT & Admin Officer
This is a supervising position that combines two roles: IT and Admin Supervision.
- IT Task:
- Maintain/schedule management by maintaining department meeting calendars, arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and so on.
- Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, printers, scanners, etc.
- Solve and troubleshoot hardware and software problems
- Act as a technical resource related to computer servers and email systems.
- Install and run a network cable to the destination PCs
- Set up, configure, and connect the IP camera to a smartphone or devices
- Admin Task:
- Supervise admin staff such as driver, cleaner, guards, and maintenance workers.
- Perform admin tasks as assigned by the Finance Manager.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Two years of experience or more in the IT field and administration.
- Good comment in English, both written and spoken
