Immediate Supervisor : Center Manager
- Recommend Retail concept, Trade Mix development and Develop leasing strategy for long term success
- Sourcing potential tenants, presentation, convincing and negotiating commercial terms base on company’s pricing strategy.
- Provide leadership to leasing team in sourcing & negotiation to maximum results.

Leasing Executive (1 Position)
Function : Shopping Mall
Location : The Peak Mall, Phnom Penh
Immediate Supervisor : Leasing Manager
- Support Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes trade/ tenant mix review and planning
- Source and secure suitable tenants that fit into the desired tenant mix of the mall. This will include active cold callings, site viewings and negotiation on new leases and renewals
- Preparation and tracking of lease documentation and marketing kits
- Responsible for operating the various systems and tools in tenant sales and lease performance monitoring, rental analysis and forecasting, management reporting
- On-going market research on new trends within industry
- Assist in the setting up of and overseeing related lease management and Point of Sales System
- Monitor tenants’ turnover performance to ensure overall turnover objective of the Mall is met
- Support feasibility studies and formulation of new innovative retail formats and curated concepts

Operation Executive (2 Positions)
Function : Shopping Mall Operations
Location : The Peak Mall, Phnom Penh
Immediate Supervisor : Operation Manager
- Daily manage shopping mall operations, which included tenant’s operations, facilities management (security, cleaning, parking, pest control, landscaping…)
- Manage, allocate & plan facilities management manpower and keep monitoring their performance to ensure the qualities services to be performed.
- Provide direction to Teams to ensure their actions are consistent with the overall direction of Company
- Ensure consistency and integrity when managing internal and external relationships.
- Promote Team work spirit, between team member and cross department
- Influence marketing programs that drive foot traffic to the mall
- Provide support and work closely with other team members such as Marketing, Leasing, Fit out, Maintenance, Finance.
- Establishing work parameters (plans, budgets, targets and resource allocations) for reporting teams by managing the skill set of these teams and to ensure that they can achieve set objectives.
- Propose, recommend the best practice/strategy to line manager in the competitive market
- Comprehensive knowledge of competitors, their activities and their potential impact on the business.
- Communicate information in a clear and concise manner by using communication tools to foster communication within the business.
- Ensure all policies, procedures and methodologies are adhered and implemented
- Ensure mall facilities are maintained at the required standards to provide for a safe and comfortable shopping experience.

- Regular visit tenants to determine ongoing needs and expectations on Mall’s performance and using feedback from Tenants and shoppers to improve mall performance.
- Manage tenant relationships when conflict occurs and/or when tenants’ expectations are not met and escalate the unresolved issues to immediate supervisor
- Working on improvement feedback from Tenants and shoppers with concern department for improvement and effective performance.
- Prepare operation report (daily, weekly, monthly) identify the activities and issues to be improved and overall mall performance

- Degree in Management, Economic, Marketing or equivalent.
- At least 3 years experiences in shopping mall operation management, commercial property management on day to day dealing with operation.
