Position Summary

Working hand-in-hand in the Learning Commons with our Digital Learning Facilitators (HOW to use systems and platforms), you will deliver “You can access it, use it, and succeed with it” for both teachers and students.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Learning Resource Support
  • Support students and staff in accessing:

Digital Marketing Specialist

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, versatile, and independent Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about the education field and thrives in a dynamic team environment.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing, executing, and managing UP’s multichannel digital marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness and drive student recruitment. This role focuses on strategic content planning, day‐to‐day social media management, and the execution of data driven paid advertising campaigns. Combining data analysis with project management, this position ensures a cohesive online brand voice, optimizes advertising budgets for maximum ROI, and coordinates cross‐functional creative projects to meet institutional communication goals.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of official institutional social media platforms, maintain the digital content calendar, and implement strategies to increase audience reach and engagement.
  • Design marketing posters, social media graphics, and promotional materials, while planning, filming, and editing short-form videos (e.g., Reels and event highlights) to maintain active and engaging digital channels.
  • Plan, set up, and manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook and Google Ads) for student recruitment and brand awareness, while monitoring budgets and optimizing campaign performance for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all digital platforms, monitor audience engagement and public sentiment, and coordinate timely responses to inquiries, comments, and messages.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, website traffic, and advertising campaign results, using data-driven insights to improve future marketing strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate digital marketing projects from concept to completion, working closely with content creators and other stakeholders to ensure promotional materials align with institutional objectives.

Position Summary

We are looking for a creative, versatile, and independent Content Creator who is passionate about the education field and thrives in a dynamic team environment. The Content Creator is the creative engine responsible for bringing UP’s brand story to life through high quality visual and multimedia assets. This hands-on role focuses on end-to-end production including professional graphic design, photography, and comprehensive video production (concepting, scripting, shooting, and editing) for both short-form and long-form digital media. Acting as a visual storyteller, this position collaborates closely with the marketing team to turn institutional concepts, student stories, and campus events into highly engaging, platform-optimized creative collateral.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Design high-quality graphics, digital layouts, and marketing collateral for social media, websites, and institutional promotional materials in accordance with UP’s brand guidelines.
  • Conceptualize, script, film, and edit both short-form (e.g., Reels, TikTok) and long-form video content showcasing campus life, student stories, and academic programs.
  • Provide professional photography and media coverage for university events, student profiles, and official campus activities to build and maintain a high-quality digital asset library.
  • Organize and maintain digital media archives, including raw footage, photographs, and design source files, to support efficient collaboration and asset reuse across the marketing team.

Laboratory Programs Manager
