Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Developer located in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. The Lead Developer will be responsible for leading and managing software development projects, designing scalable system architectures, and writing clean and efficient code. Additionally, the role includes coordinating with cross-functional teams, mentoring junior developers, and ensuring timely project delivery. The successful candidate will collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals and ensure the system’s quality and performance.

Work Schedule:

Duties & Responsibilities:
- System Design: Architect robust, scalable, and maintainable software ecosystems, focusing on long-term stability and performance.
- Core Development: Lead the development of critical features using Java Spring Boot, ReactJS, and Flutter, ensuring code is clean, efficient, and well-documented.
- Database & Integration: Design optimized PostgreSQL schemas and manage complex RESTful API integrations and third-party service connections.
- Quality Assurance: Set the standard for code quality through rigorous peer reviews, automated testing strategies, and performance benchmarking.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with Product Managers and Owners to translate business vision into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee system security, reliability, and cloud infrastructure optimization to ensure 24/7 service availability.
- Innovation: Stay ahead of industry trends to recommend new technologies or processes that improve development velocity.

General & Technical Skills
- Technical Mastery: 6+ years of experience in software development, with deep expertise in: Backend: Java (Spring Boot), Frontend: ReactJS and Flutter (Mobile), Database: PostgreSQL (Design & Optimization)
- Hands-on experience with cloud providers (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Expert-level understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Exceptional English communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

We are seeking a QA Engineer to bridge the gap between development and quality. You will be responsible for ensuring our frontend and backend are bug-free and performant. Your primary focus will be building and maintaining robust automation tests

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Identify, document, and track software defects and issues, and collaborate with the development team to address them.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium, Appium, Postman, or Cypress.
- Create, update, and execute test cases, test plans, and test scripts.
- Perform various types of manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and usability testing.
- Ensure test coverage across UI, backend, integrations, and APIs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (developers, designers, DevOps) to provide ongoing QA support throughout the development lifecycle.
- Generate and communicate clear testing reports, tracking test coverage and bug resolution to stakeholders.
