Specifically she/he will be in charged for:
Assist the LDS Manager in the implementation of the LDS activities according to the WeWorld LDS manual with the schedule agreed with the Partner Organization and following the indications of WeWorld Head Quarter and the Country Director. LDS Program Officer will based in WeWorld Office in Phnom Penh and work in different provinces of Cambodia where WeWorld implement or will implement LDS activities.
- Insert the data in the LDS database, ensuring the maximum of the reliability and correctness of the information.
- Collect the Child Cards and Photos in collaboration with the LDS Program Manager, LDS Team and the Partners Organization staff and build good relationship with school director and teacher
- Collaborate actively in the execution of the LDS related activities as Drawing campaigns, LDS System Data Entry, Incidences resolving, pupils supporters’ letter exchange, pupils Out of School and migrated follow up, other related task under request.
- To support the Organization whenever needed and with the best of her/his capacity, for any other duty required to achieve the objectives of the Organization, such providing information on the activities implemented in the field by other Organizations, translation, etc.
- Support the WeWorld Field Offices on IT issues and to establish, update and maintain a reliable Data Base System.
- Support and facilitate the implementation of the Office IT and Logistic needs
- Coordinate with WeWorld HQ IT Department on all matters related to IT for all needs of WeWorld operations in Cambodia.
- Supporting the Administration and Finance Department of WeWorld Office on all logistics and IT matters such: request and deliver of purchase quotations; follow up on IT materials maintenance; and any additional requests from administration department related with logistics.
- Travel to the provinces as needed
- Minimum 1 years experience prefer in NGOs experience
- Degree in Education, Computer Information System, or orther related skill
- Knowledge basic computer skills (Microsoft World, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and/or Database)
- Good Level of English spoken and written
- High self-responsibility and strong commitment with teamwork
- Good at communication and Facilitation Skills
