LCL Delivery Specialist (1 Position)

Position Summary

The position is for 6-months Contract (Open for fresh graduate)

Business Unit: Maersk Logistics & Services (Cambodia) Co., Ltd.

This position will be based in Phnom Penh - Golden Treee tower

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Received /checked the booking from customer.
  • To input the booking detail in weekly console plan.
  • Asking for approval from client and update back to customer.
  • To arrange the booking with co-loader/carrier based on the routing matrix.
  • To ensure the client’s SOP/IOP’s requirement is delivered timely & accuracy.
  • To provide the cut-off time & warehouse detail /document required, etc.. to customer on time for cargo delivery.
  • To Monitor and resolves the problems to ensure the shipment is moved smoothly.
  • To track-trace the shipment and keep customer updated.
  • To perform finops tasks : To issue the invoice to customer based on agreed selling rate / and pay cost based on quotation / meet the target KPIs/ sending the invoice to customer/close the job file on time.
  • Make sure end-two-end service is arranged properly.
  • Team collaboration & open minded & willing to learn.
  • Challenging & support team work
  • Other tasks are assigned by LCL manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Fresh graduate/ bachelor’s degree holder in logistics and supply chain or any discipline.
  • Comprehensive English communication, both verbal and written.
  • Good computer literacy especially skill in Microsoft.
  • Someone with Good interpersonal skills, Open minded, team player and willing to learn.
