Position Summary:
The Cambodia Landscapes Lead is responsible for program delivery across all four of CI Cambodia’s target landscapes. This position combines strategic oversight with direct program execution. The role manages CI Cambodia’s Program Managers, each responsible for a landscape portfolio, and supports the Thematic Managers to ensure integration and alignment of project delivery to achieve conservation priorities.
With diversified responsibilities spanning project planning, staff supervision, and stakeholder coordination, the Lead dedicates a majority of time to technical and strategic work, while also guiding staff performance and development. Operating with a high degree of autonomy, the position exercises sound judgment to address complex, non-routine issues and contributes to broader organizational initiatives. It leverages subject matter expertise to influence program direction, build cross-functional partnerships, and champion innovative approaches that strengthen project outcomes. Through adaptive leadership, the role ensures programs are delivered efficiently and with measurable conservation impact, while supporting CI’s mission and values.

Reporting to: Safeguard Senior Manager
Duty Station: Phnom Penh, with travel to targeted Provinces
Position Summary:
The Safeguards Coordinator will primarily work to ensure that Indigenous Peoples and Local Communities (IPLCs) and marginalized groups in the Programs are safeguarded against adverse impacts, harm, and are actively and fairly engaged in project activities. The Safeguards Coordinator will lead to implementing and socializing the Accountability and Grievance Redress Mechanisms in the program, ensuring that the participating communities have easily and trust accessible and confidential access points to submit any grievances or feedback through the grievance channels and/or directly to the appropriate management. While a large part of the role will be to form relationships and trust with the community, they will also support the project teams to develop and roll out safeguards plans which ensure the equitable and representative participation of marginalized groups in the project, especially Indigenous Peoples, Women and People with Disabilities.
