Long Term Protection Center Siem Reap was established since 1992 in PHUM TRAING, KHUM SLOR KRAM, SROK SIEM REAP, SIEM REAP PROVINCE, CAMBODIA, in the land of 11,500.00 square meters, where is in zone 2 of Apsara Authority and there are not available of waste and clean water management systems. Since the establishment of the center, the few waste water systems and septic tanks were constructed as needed, as well as the clean and well water.
Scope of work
The selected consultant/firm will be responsible for the following:
- Site reconnaissance and primary assessment,
- Technology and equipment used for data collection,
- Briefing meeting of KT and consultant/firm teams chosen before signing contract agreement.
Purpose and Objective:
The objective of mapping land surface and scanning subsurface up to 5 meters of deep is to
- Produce detail and accurate maps surface and subsurface of the site,
- Assess existing site feature and condition,
- Identify foundation and potential hazards,
- Identify any natural or man-made features that may impact construction,
- Identify zone with high moisture because of waste water.
Report and recommendation
The mapping and scanning report and recommendation should:
- Map, 2D model and digital image of the land surface and underground structures,
- Functional/unfunctional underground structure as well as wastewater and clean water tank and its connection,
- Detail recommendation and comprehensive report,
- Final report to submit to Executive Director of Krousar Thmey.
Timeline
- Field survey: 1st week of July 205
- Date processing and report preparation: 2nd week of July 2025
- Final submission: 14th July 2025
Qualification and experience
- Proven experience in land mapping and scanning,
- Licensed consultant/firm,
- Demonstrate technology and equipment used for data collection
- Ability to deliver report and recommendation within the timeline.
