Position Overview
Laboratory Supervisor for customer service in the Laboratory of Environment and Food Safety at the Institut Pasteur du Cambodge (IPC) plays an important role in ensuring the good relation between lab and customers.
The Laboratory supervisor for customer service will supervise the receptionist team and work collaboratively with a dynamic, multicultural team, contributing to quality control, data management, and laboratory practices aligned with ISO 17025.

- Language: English
- Contract: The initial contract is offered for 1 year (renewable).
- Start Date: Available to start on 13th October 2025

- The main responsibility of the lab supervisor for customer service is to perform the tasks as below.
- Supervise the receptionist and sampling team
- Prepare and keep up to date the sampling schedule according to requests
- Answer to customers’ questions via email
- Prepare quotation and service contract agreement for customers
- Prepare lab inventory and purchase request
- Manage social media (Facebook page and Telegram channel) publishing contents related to lab activities
- Participation in quality document preparation
- Perform other tasks assigned by head of laboratory
- The successful candidate must possess the following qualifications:
- Bachelor in food engineering or related field
- Experience in customer service
- Mastering communication skills
- English Fluency
- Mastering internet and computer skills
- Experience with ISO17025 is plus
- Rigorous, sense of responsibilities
