KOICA IBS Project Coordinator (1 Position)

- He/she will work closely with Project Manager who are the key persons to play the role of coordination among the project team and relevant Government partners. These positions are more special than others within our organization as it focuses only on TVET reform for Cambodian youth who are in the poor labor market, especially economically vulnerable students. - Coordinate TVET reform project relevant partners such as vocational training center (VTC), TVET Department of target province, Ministry of labour and Vocational Training (MoLVT), National Training Board(NTB), Sectoral Skills Council (SSC) and local companies to collect or spread information as requested by the supervisor.
- Arrange schedules for any meeting, campaign, conference or community awareness in the target area.
- Ensure all relevant partners are clear about the aim of the project and participate smoothly.
- Report to supervisor immediately when getting any project relevant information from partners or stakeholders, which needs intervention for project accomplishment.
- Participate in any plan/design revision as required by the organization in order to update the need for change.
- Uphold the image of the organization and donors through transparency, accountability, and behavior as a good partner for the change.
- Build good relationships with relevant partners and stakeholders, especially for the target of project implementation.
- Seek clear information about policy or goal of the project before sharing/responding to others to avoid any bad effect of Good Neighbors or donors.
- Ensure quality and timely support to the need of the project implementation.
- Play the role as the bridge between GNC and stakeholders in order to bring closer relationship and cooperation.
- Do other tasks as required by supervisor or relevant team members.
- Bachelor or Master degree in any major.
- Experience in TVET reform project implementation, majoring in Education and International development is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience working with organizations in the education sector of community development for either local or international organizations.
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Be proficient in using MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Internet.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken) in English and Khmer.
Project Officer for Income Generation (1 Position)

- Develop curriculum of agriculture techniques and business solutions for Agriculture Cooperative (AC), Income Generation Group (IGG) improvement as well as project models and new project initiatives.
- Develop data management system, tools, procedures and/or identify appropriate options and market assessment for IGPs in the CDPs’ sites
- Create a new culture and join up project model development for income generation programs.
- Manage Income Generation Programs to ensure achievement of quality results as committed in the project design.
- Conduct regular monitoring, coaching to check progress of Income Generation Program Activity at target CDPs.
- Supervising the sales collection, and manages sales to maximize profits and minimize expenses following the sales strategy in the different markets
- Consolidate and produce IGP reports (MoR, annual data collection, monitoring report, case study) to demonstrate IGP’s outcomes to line managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with relevant key partners, government officers and stakeholders, public and private sector, INGOs/NGOs, MFIs, and Banks for the benefit of IGP, agriculture cooperative, projects and relevant income generation group.
- Facilitate and coordinate training on agriculture technique to project participants and key partners.
- Facilitate and develop business plans for ACs and IGGs to run agri-business or other potential business items for the target communities of GNC.
- Assist in market research to initiate new business for AC and IGGs.
- Conduct IGP monitoring report, annual data collection and prepare IGP’s case study or the most significant change.
- Other tasks as required by the line manager or Management team.
- Bachelor Degree in agriculture, economic development, and other related fields
- 3-year experience in agriculture development, Income Generation, AC etc.

Admin and Finance Officer for KCCD (1 Position)
Location: Khan Dan Kor

- Administration
- Support IG team to ensure that appropriate administrative procedures are in place, maintained and carried out effectively and efficiently in compliance with GNC regulations.
- Ensure good liaison with NGOs, government and ministries, other private and public sector or agencies as appropriate for the purpose of KCCD.
- Ensure that insurance policies relating to employee and vehicle are monitored and updated as required.
- To manage assets and equipment of relevant projects.
- Ensure that all vehicles are properly maintained, which include using log books by drivers and produce monthly fuel consumption for all cars, motorbikes.
- Ensure a proper documentation of all projects both in soft and hard (including finance voucher & its supporting documents, proposal, budget plan, agreement, financial reports, and other relevant documents)
- Finance
- Ensure compliance of financial policies to relevant staff of KCCD.
- Oversee and prepare cash flow control of safe-box, cash count, bank record, bank reconciliation, payroll list, payroll slip and manage all financial transfer requirements.
- Ensure that all FRR are reconciled and transferred to respective accounts as soon as it’s received.
- Develop and manage KCCD annual budget including operation of various contracts; and monitor budget execution status of all projects periodically.
- Ensure all outstanding accounts (account payable, account receivable, deposit, cash advance, other liabilities etc.) are well monitored and in control; ensure that no outstanding amount due over schedule;
- Ensure accuracy and accountability of financial reports of all projects of KCCD;
- Ensure a submission of financial reports and relevant reports on a timely manner and in response to the deadline to donors
- Evaluate accounting and internal control systems; and identify control risks, potential consequences and recommendations to line supervisor.
- Bachelor degree in Accounting or Equivalent with 3 year-experience in NGOs or INGO
- Knowledge of admin, finance, human resource and logistic.
- Fluency in English and Computer skill (Ms word, Excel, PPT and QBs)
