- Lead Khmer program teachers to deliver quality teaching/learning to students.
- Plan and execute academic planning effectively and efficiently to deliver smooth academic operation in the Khmer program according to the Khmer curriculum from Ministry of Education Youth and Sport and school’s academic goals.
- Monitor and track students’ performances and lead the team to provide on time intervention as needed.
- Lead teachers to create positive learning environment for students and ensure that students uphold school’s expected behaviors and learning.
- Conduct teacher recruitment according to the school’s set of recruitment requirement
- Ensure work’s compliance with Ministry of Education Youth and Sport, Department of Education Youth and Sport, Office of Education Youth and Sport and other related parties for the Khmer curriculum.
- Be on the ground work with teachers and students to improve students’ learning performances to aim for excellent results.
- Perform other tasks assigned by school’s director/management.
- Hold at least bachelor degrees/equivalent degrees or progressive work experience related to required responsibilities above.
- Possess strong academic background.
- Possess leadership capability and grow mindset.
- Be fluent in Khmer both in communication, writing, and computer literacy.
- Be fluent in English is an advantage.

International Kindergarten Teacher
We are currently seeking a qualified and passionate International Kindergarten teacher to join our dynamic team for the new academic year 2025-2026.

- Deliver engaging and effective learning experience/outcomes to kindergarten students based to Singapore Nurturing Early Learners (NEL) framework.
- Provide safe and welcoming learning environment to young learners.
- Design lesson plans and assessments (formal and informal) aligned with curriculum learning objectives.
- Monitor and assess student progress, provide timely feedback/assistance.
- Work with teaching assistants to ensure students’ wellbeing and safety in the classroom and on campus.
- Perform administrative tasks required for the teachers.
- Conduct parents-teachers meetings
- Uphold the school’s values, policies, and professional standards at all times.
- Perform tasks assigned by the school’s management team if any.
- Certified early childhood educator or equivalent qualification
- Progressive teaching experience in early childhood education at international schools in Cambodia is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, creative, and committed to student’s growth
- Good classroom management and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment
- Possess all legal documents to be able to work in Cambodia (valid visa, work permit, criminal clearance record, etc.)
