Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. is a German non-governmental organisation, dedicated to excellence in the field of first aid, ambulance service, social service programmes and other projects in the medical and social field. The Federal Headquarters (HQ) are based in Berlin, Germany.
Johanniter International Assistance (JIA) is the operational unit for humanitarian aid, development co-operation and emergency relief, implementing and supporting projects in Health and Livelihoods with a specific focus on climate change and gender equality worldwide. (Link). Johanniter International Assistance has been implementing various projects in SEA with more focus in Myanmar, Cambodia and Philippines.

Save Cambodia Wildlife (SCW)
Save Cambodia's Wildlife (SCW), founded in 1999 and registered in 2002, is a national NGO (non-government organization) working for the protection and conservation of natural resources and wildlife habitats throughout Cambodia. The organization aims to raise awareness on climate change, wildlife protection and environmental issues in general. SCW has its head office in Phnom Penh and operates with three field offices in Banlung (Ratanakiri), Kratie (Kratie) and Siem Pang (Stung Treng).
The project was implemented by SCW from June 2020 to May 2021. The project partner contract was terminated and transferred to LLC on 01st July 2021.
Live and Learn Cambodia (LLC)
LLC is registered as a non-profit organization with the Ministry of Interior since September 2005 (registration number 882). LLCs mandate is ‘’ We build resilience of local communities by developing their human, social, environmental and financial capital through innovation, multi-stakeholder platforms and partnerships.’’ LLC has 18 staff members with professional experience of implementing multi-sector projects.

The report to be audited is referred to as the Expenditure Utilization Report of Budget vs. Actual, Income and Expenditure Statement with narratives. These reports are prepared by the partner organization using MS Excel or any other appropriate accounting software.

Payment for the Service
Payment of the fee notes will be made as follows:
Milestone 1: 30% of the fees upon Signing of contract.
Milestone 2: 30% of the fees upon Submission of the first draft audit report
Milestone 3: 40% of the fees upon Submission of the final audit report
In the situation that the auditor does not meet the agreed deadlines (without advance agreement with Johanniter), the second payment will be reduced by 5% for each calendar day the submission is late.
