Key Account Manager
Job brief : We are looking for a skilled Key Account Manager to oversee the relationships of the company with its most important clients. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
- Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
- Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
- Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
- Proven experience as key account manager
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
Sales Representative
- Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
- Continuously improve through feedback
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs

- BS/BA degree or equivalent
Demand Planning Executive
- Develop effective forecast models based on industry trends and demand patterns (Fonterra, DGF, Pietroll Olive, Ristoris, and Paeufor)
- Support management with risk assessment and mitigation activates
- Propose and implement solution to improve demand forecast accuracy
- Monthly forecast maintenance
- Prepare reports on purchase, including cost analyses
- Report all the product nearly expired Product
- Monthly meeting with Supply
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage
- Enter order detail (e.g. vendors, quantities, price) into internal databases
- Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Ensure all stakeholders and/or suppliers pertaining to queries about order status, changes or cancellations are responded
- Assist purchasing manager in developing and negotiating supplier contracts.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skill

- A self-starter with a sound experience in similar role
- Knowledge in computer skills including proficiency in the Microsoft office.
