Key Account Executive (5 Positions)

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Director in developing new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with schools, universities, and educational institutions.
- Conduct school visits, product presentations, and customer meetings.
- Promote textbooks, digital learning solutions, and educational resources from our publishing partners.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up with customers.
- Coordinate with publishers regarding product information, and other inquiries
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales activities in the company database.
- Assist in organizing workshops, book exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
- Provide excellent after-sales service and respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Prepare regular sales reports, market intelligence, and customer feedback for the Sales Director.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
Expected Profile of Candidates
Languages:
- English - Good
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, English, or a related field
Work History:
- Sales, business development, or customer service (education industry is an advantage) for 1 to 2 years
Skills & Knowledge:
General & Technical Skills
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and willing to travel for customer visits.
