- Analyzing information to recommend and plan the development and/or enhancement of existing/new systems
- Researching, designing, implementing, and managing software programs
- Directing software programming and documentation development
- Maintaining and identifying areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently developing these modifications
- Working closely with other developers, UX designers, business and systems analysts
- Consulting with engineering staff to evaluate software-hardware interfaces and develop specifications and performance requirements

Assistant Manager (1 Position)
- Supporting CSX’s members representatives in relation to registration, market operations inquiries trainings and other relevant issues
- Assisting manager in handling daily market operations and market monitoring
- Assisting manager in performing system actions in case of information and operational changes, prevention or dealing with unusual market activities in accordance with laws and regulations
- Assisting manager in various research and development projects of securities market
- Assisting in updating and preparing regular statistic reports as directed by manager or director

Assistant to Chief Operating Officer (1 Position)
- Prearranging and organizing meetings to ensure everything is well prepared
- Dealing with incoming emails, faxes and posts, often corresponding on behalf of the COO
- Meeting and greeting visitors at all levels of seniority
- Checking the companies’ documents before resubmitting to the COO for approval
- Taking board minutes and translating documents
- Other tasks as assigned by the COO
