Junior Sales Admin Officer
Position Summary Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
Department : Sales
Direct report to : Sales Admin Supervisor
Working Schedule : Mon-Sat ( 8:00-17:00)
Job Description: a junior sales admin's job is to support the sales team with a wide of administrative tasks including customer registration, updating master data, organizing meeting, interactions with all stakeholders to ensure better service to customers.
- Maintain and update customer records in excel to keep track and up to date master data.
- Assist sales team to register new customers, coordinates with AR team to proceed in system.
- Assisting sales admin supervisor to process quotation for key customers.
- Monitor stock report, coordinate with warehouse to block available stock for key customers when quantity is limited.
- Handling customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, and communicating with all stakeholders to solve issues.
- Arrange meeting for sales department and record minute of meeting.
- Ensure timely delivery of products or services to customers
- Assigned by supervisor if needed.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing.
- At lease 1 year in sales admin is a must
- Retails, FMCG, and / or Foodservice Background & Experience will be preferable
- Proficient in MS office especially excel to generate sales report & sales performance.
- Be independent with minimal supervision
- Results-oriented, well planning, organizing and a strong in problem-solving.
