We are looking for a well-organized, responsible and proactive person to join our furniture production team.
You do not need previous experience in furniture manufacturing. We are looking for someone who enjoys creating order, checking details, learning how things work and turning everyday work into clear systems and procedures.
You may be a recent graduate or junior professional in:
- Logistics & Supply Chain Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Operations Management
- Business Administration
- or another relevant field
More important than your degree is how you work.
What matters most is your attitude, discipline, organizational skills and willingness to learn.

- Be present at the production facility and monitor ongoing production
- Work closely with our Production Manager and support her with daily production follow-up
- Check that agreed procedures and instructions are followed by the production teams
- Support quality control (QC) of furniture during production and before delivery
- Monitor key materials and help maintain accurate stock records
- Record material damage, waste and production mistakes
- Help organize incoming materials and verify quantities
- Collect information from experienced workers and the Production Manager
- Document how we manufacture our furniture
- Create simple, practical SOPs, checklists and work instructions
- Create Model Books for our sofa models, including:
- Take and organize photos and production documentation
- Help us gradually introduce better digital systems for production, stock and quality control
- Prepare simple reports and follow up on unresolved issues
- Khmer - Fluent is required
- English - Medium is required
- Bachelor's Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or another relevant field
- Comfortable using computers, Excel/Google Sheets and learning new software
- Highly organized and systematic
