Junior Operations Administrator
REPORT TO: Operations Administrator Leader
Job summary:
- Support the daily operations.
- Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
- Oversee and ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Coordinate with team to receive and process order, ensuring accurate fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Maintain and organize documents both incoming and outgoing, matching and checking all relate documents with Invoice/Purchase order (PO), delivery order (DO), print invoice from system (SAP).
- Inventory Stationary: Maintain accurate records of operation stock levels, coordinate stock movements, and place new orders as needed.
- Administrative tasks: Manage order data, generate reports, update databases, and handle other administrative duties to keep the operation running smoothly.
- Supporting the team: Collaborate with warehouse personnel, transportation providers, and other departments to ensure seamless supply chain operation
- Minimum 1 years of experience in WH/ logistic environment or in a similar position.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management and record-keeping.
- High school diploma/bachelor degree in accounting.
- Teamwork, coordination, organization, planning, time management, reporting skills, inventory control, documentation skills, data entry skills, dependability.
- Proficient in MS. Office, English and computer knowledge.
- Positive customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision, self-initiated.
- Able to commence work immediately or within short notice period.
- Ability to multitask.
