Contract Type: Full-Time Staff with 3 Months probationary periods
The Junior M&E Officer will support the Monitoring and Evaluation Division, ensuring that the division achieves its intended output in a cost-effective and timely manner. The Junior M&E Officer will assist and work in close collaboration with the M&E team, Appraisal Team, Admin and Finance Division, and relevant stakeholders on monitoring and evaluation of the skills training projects.
- Support on data collection and management, analysis and reporting.
- Conduct field visits and spot checks on awarded skills training projects.
- Support on managing training contracts and tracking the training progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Contribute to evaluation of training project activities, documenting lessons learned, and identifying areas for improvement.
- Support relevant teams to ensure timely fund disbursement for training projects.
- Support on document management, administrative tasks and organizing meetings, workshops, missions and events.

- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, development studies, social science, statistics, or a related field as a minimum
- Project monitoring and evaluation, research and data analysis for 1 year as a minimum
- Proficiency in data collection (KoboToolbox, SurveyCTO) and statistical data analysis (Advanced Excel, Power BI, R, STATA), and data visualization (Power BI),
- Excellent English and Khmer communication skills (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of AI skills, database and project management, financial analysis, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated attention to details and ability to quickly adapt and commit to learning in new institutional, cultural or technical environments.
