Junior Intervention Officer

Disposition for frequent travelling within the country
- Tasks
- Work, communicate and meet regularly with partners in the national and provincial government, education institution, NGO, private sector players to optimize the result of the intervention
- Organize, and facilitate different events and activities of the programme (meetings, trainings, workshops, etc.)
- Support in preparing meeting minutes, field reports, slide decks, and program documents related to the interventions
- Attend weekly team meeting and regularly update relevant events to SC-KHM office through timely update of monthly/weekly updates on behalf of the intervention team
- Support the intervention team to monitor and assess overall activity implementation as per standards and procedures established by ISA under the Monitoring and Results Measurement (MRM) system.
- Regular travel to the field locations to support on implementation and assessment of intervention activities
- Support other duties and interventions as required by Swisscontact as defined by the Intervention Area Lead
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development/ Business Administration/ Economics/Agronomy or other relevant subjects
- Fresh university graduates
- Less than 1-year working experience (if any)
- Ability to work independently, with high motivation, responsibility, and professionalism to deliver programme activities to a good standard
- Fluent in Khmer and with advanced English
- Computer and digital literacy especially on Microsoft Word, Power Point and Excel
- Willingness to work as team with commitment and ambition to contribute to sustainable and inclusive economic development in Cambodia
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good attitude, open-minded and willing to learn things
