Junior HCM Solutions Consultant

Position Summary

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and personable Junior HCM Solutions Consultant to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a junior professional with a background in Human Resources who is eager to transition into the exciting world of HR technology and solutions sales.

You will work closely with senior consultants and account managers to demonstrate, promote, and support the implementation of Human Capital Management (HCM) software to clients across Cambodia. Your HR knowledge, strong communication skills, and ability to present with confidence will help bridge the gap between business needs and technological solutions.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Support the sales and implementation of cloud-based HCM software to HR and business decision-makers
  • Understand clients' HR workflows, challenges, and goals to tailor software demos and proposals
  • Deliver clear and engaging product demonstrations to HR teams, executives, and business owners
  • Assist with client onboarding, training sessions, and basic configuration of HCM systems
  • Prepare and translate proposal documents and presentations as needed (English and Khmer)
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure successful adoption of the software
  • Keep up to date with HCM trends, tools, and compliance changes in Cambodia
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Cambodian national with 1–3 years of experience in Human Resources (generalist, admin, or recruitment roles preferred)
  • Strong interest in HR technology and digital transformation
  • Excellent verbal and written English; Khmer fluency required
  • Confident presenter with a professional, engaging manner
  • Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (experience with any HRIS/HCM software is a bonus)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
