Junior Advisor-Sustainable Agricultural Value Chains

We are seeking a highly dedicated and knowledgeable national candidate for the position of Junior Advisor sustainable agricultural value chains to support the project implementation based in Phnom Penh.
- Support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting of develoPPP projects in the cashew, pepper, and rice value chains, including coordination with private sector partners, government counterparts, service providers, and other project stakeholders.
- Contribute to technical and operational project activities, including organizing meetings, workshops, trainings, and field visits
- Contribute to setting up project base-, mid- and endline studies
- Maintain and regularly update project databases and track implementation progress
- Contribute to data analysis, visualization, and interpretation to support evidence-based decision-making
- Preparing communication materials and progress reports and assisting in the development of concepts, presentations, and partnership documents
- Support the development and implementation of project and cluster communication and visibility activities by developing content for social media, newsletters, and other communication channels
- English - Fluent
- Khmer - Fluent
- Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Statistics, Communication, Public Relations, Design, Data Management, International Development, or a closely related field
- Monitoring and evaluation and data management for 1 to 2 years as a minimum
- Experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting is an asset
- Understanding of social media platforms and content creation
- Interest in public relations, media outreach, and event coordination
- Knowledge of photography and photo and video editing skills is an advantage
- Excellent command of English and Khmer (both written and spoken)
- Strong interpersonal skills, openness to feedback, and a high level of self-initiative and cultural sensitivity
- Willingness to travel within Cambodia as required
