The Junior Administrative Assistant provides general administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the office. The role assists with document management, scheduling, communication, routine office and administrative tasks as needed.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative and clerical support to the office
- Prepare documents and reports as required
- Handle basic data entry and record maintenance
- Monitor office supplies and assist in ordering when necessary
- Timely and effectively report to the Supervisor
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and meeting room management
- Coordinate internal communication and distribute office notices when required
- Scan, copy and archive documents
- Ensure company documents are properly filed and accessible
- Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
- Answer phone calls and messages, communicate with contractors

Accounting Assistant

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Recording daily financial transactions
- Prepare Accounts Payable and make payment to suplier, following the instructions
- Accounts Receivable Invoices & Receipts: issue, processes and follow up the payments
- Manage the records and track company assets. Update records when assets are removed/no longer in use
- Office supply purchased and in use
- Prepare bank reconciliations and maintain accounting documents
- Prepare Petty Cash reconciliations
- Assist in tracking project expenses and preparing the reports
- Support for tax filing, VAT, withholding tax and audits
- Ensure proper filing documentatation and organization of accounting records
