SALARY: 700 up
As the Job Support Manager, your primary objective is to bridge our 10 vocational training units, including migrant worker capacity-building training, Korean language education, entrepreneurship training, and more, with the external job market. You will play a pivotal role in expanding industry partnerships and ultimately maximizing the employment success rate of our trainees.
- Promote & Market: Take the lead in marketing and promoting employment training programs tailored for migrant workers.
- Partnership Development: Identify and secure partner companies to develop and operate effective internship programs.
- Event Management: Organize and execute impactful job fairs and center events.
- Career Support: Provide comprehensive employment information and facilitate strategic job matching opportunities.
- External Collaboration: Communicate and collaborate closely with external organizations dedicated to migrant worker employment.
- Administrative Duties: Draft correspondence, reports, and other necessary documentation to support related tasks.
- General Support: Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of HRCC.
- Khmer - Fluent
- English - Fluent
- Korean is preferred
- Japanese is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree
- Professional experience in a similar position for 5 years as a minimum
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Expertise: Deep understanding of the current job market with proven experience in career consulting or HR-related training.
- Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication, and outstanding networking abilities to facilitate collaboration; we are seeking proactive and outward-oriented individuals.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet research.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written skills in English and Khmer. Proficiency in Korean or Japanese is a strong advantage.
