Japanese Language and Vocational Trainer (1 Position)

Position Summary

As a trainer, she will play a key role in delivering structured Japanese language instruction and preparing students for the workplace or further studies in Japan.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Conduct classroom training for various levels (N5 to N4) in an engaging and structured manner
  • Prepare students for the JLPT exams and Japanese interviews
  • Teach essential Japanese expressions and behaviors for daily life and work in Japan
  • Customize lessons based on student goals and learning pace
  • Develop lesson plans, teaching materials, and training activities
  • Monitor student progress and provide timely feedback
  • Collaborate with fellow trainers and administrative staff on curriculum development and student success strategies
  • Participate in center-led events, teacher training, and student counseling
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • JLPT N3 certificate or above (N2 or N1 preferred)
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in any field
  • Minimum age: 27 years
  • Previous teaching or training experience preferred (especially in language or vocational education)
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in using basic classroom technology (PowerPoint, Google Workspace, etc.)

  • មានជំនាញក្នុងការទំនាក់ទំនង និងអន្តរសំបស្សិគគ្នា
  • ចេះប្រើប្រាស់បច្ចេកវិទ្យាបឋមក្នុងថ្នាក់សិក្សា (PowerPoint, Google Workspace ជាដើម)
