Working Days and Hours
- Monday to Friday: 8:00am to 5:30pm (Break Lunch time: 12:00pm to 1:30pm)
- Saturday: 8:00am to 12:00pm

- Manage and control company’s information technology and computer systems.
- Configure Network system and Server update and maintenance
- Manage security cameras networks in the company’s projects site.
- Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer system and security on database
- Controlling the whole Network Equipment
- Identify problem and find the solution to fix every case that happened on PC
- Resolve more complex user issue related to QuickBooks, Excel, and printer connection or etc….
- Manage and maintain file backup on server and restore
- Manage the Wi-Fi System and Telephone connection
- Set up software, Controlling the Server and Backup & Restore.
- Update website
- Manage and controlling Eset antivirus endpoint
- Support and assist some of admin jobs
- Report direct to Admin Officer
- Maintenance share printer, internet security, email, camera, and network security
- Other tasks will assigned by managements
- Male/Female
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Network Security or related field.
- Minimum 2-3year relevant working experience in related duties is preferred.
- Must be honest and professional in work ethics
- Good computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the Internet.
- Able to troubleshoot PC problem and solve problem
- Good communication in English for both written and spoken
- Good organizational skills and accuracy attention to detail
- Commitment to cultivating a good working relationship with other staff members
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new things
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work flexibly, independently and under time pressure.
Accountant (Payable)

- Report to Chief Accountant / Senior Accountant
- Liaise with Admin department on account administrative work (Reminder letter clearance)
- Update record provided by Admin team (sales figures) into accounting main database
- Assist GRR team in updating buyer information for GRR payment
- Processing and monitoring quarterly payment and expenditure on timely basis
- Check and verify the Draft TA prepared by solicitors
- Ensure tenants adhere to the lease terms. Follow up from the signing of lease.
- Verify transactions/invoices comply with financial policies and procedures
- Ensure on time payment to suppliers within credit term and compliance with policies.
- Handle guaranteed rental return payment
- Handling a set of management account for a business entity
- Communicate with customers or tenants about billing/invoice discrepancies and questions
- Track deposits received for long-term tenants
- Track and reconcile commissions deducted by leasing agents
- Liaise with bank and owner of units under GRR matter
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- Other tasks will be assigned by CFO/FC/CA/SA

- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Banking or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 year relevant working experience in related duties is preferred.
